I've just checked my status and found out that my new provisional is already issued

If you want to see your personal status, please type your passport number under your name.

I think you use the passport number you used when you first applied.

This is a small problem for me because I don't think I have my old passport with me.

People often leave photos and scans on a hard drive. Did you check there?

Perhaps in an e-mail, you've sent a long time ago?
