Job Description 1. Design as well as carry out teacher training courses;
2. Formulate training plans for the teaching faculty in BFSU International;
3. Provide teachers general trainings for career development;
4. Support training programs for personalized teachers;
5. Assist in developing online/offline training resources
Job Requirements 1. Master degree or above;
2. Major in English, education, TESOL or related fields;
3. More than 3-year English teaching experience in K-12 public schools, international schools or training institutions;
4. Experience in training organizing, planning and performing (Cambridge PDQ, CELTA, DELTA training experience will be much appreciated);
5. Strong communication and organization skills
Weekly Working Hours 40 Hours
Monthly Salary $2700-$6000
Other Benefits 1. Legal Work Visa;
2. Basic Salary per month (before tax): RMB 18,000-40,000 (according to the candidate’s qualification and experience);
